Unplan Hostel

Not satisfactory, not expected that type of rooms and service! their is no ac remote, toiletries, hygiene, dustbin, lights not connected with inverter.

The management and services at an unplan hostel is the worst. In matters of cleanliness it is the worst of all times and i will not recommend anyone to stay over there the environment in the unplan hostel is dirty. We booked our accommodation there a month ago but on reaching there the owner asked us for the extra money or to leave the rooms for which we denied as we have already paid the amount. On seeing the rooms allocated to us they were not worth spending one extra penny for that rooms. They were dirty, unhygienic for one to stay and even lack of basic amenities (ventilation, water, etc) and also behaviour was not good from the staff. The hostel is not good for a well educated family. The photos and in real have a vast difference. So, i will not recommend it to plan a stay at an unplan hostel, rishikesh.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some computers also connected to the internet, I stayed in a 4 bed mixed and had no complaints whatsoever

No drinking water, no bathing water, no toilet water, no water in bathroom, despite of telling the staff thousand times they don't listen. I was moved 2 to 3 times between different dorms just to bath with hot water. Beds are hard, toilets are dirty, bedsheets and pillow covers are not changed after any checkout. Dorm beds funny have any curtains. The locks to keep our luggage safe don't work properly and most of them are broken. Terrible experience

The hostel was good, and the vibe too. But i don't like their cafe. We were 6 friends sitting on the back side of the cafe, chilling and enjoying the vibes. Then one of their people came and asked us to order. We did, but he was like "sorry friend you have to leave. Then he told us that to sit there and to enjoy the vibes every single person has to order something. I told him that we are staying here in this hostel. But still he said we have a policy we can't change. You have to leave. And that made me give that hostel a rating of 1/10
