Rooms were not maintained, dirty towels, no toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper, soap etc... rooms were dusty. Breakfast starts at 8:30 - 9:00 and you can’t even get basics like coffee / fruits etc before that time !! Receptionist seemed overworked.. overall a not so great experience.

I’ve booked treebo before and had better experiences bit this one was quite bad. Room looks better in photo only. Cleanliness was below expectations. The builing seems old and not well maintained. Lift stinks. Breakfast was also terrible. The only good thing was the location and its close proximity to tourist places. There are better stay options in the same price range.

this place were good, so booked it. But the bedspread was torn, shower had lukewarm water and the service was very slow. Breakfast was ok but the place is not worth the price.

This treebos emma's boutique hotel was worse than the lodges found in railway stations and bus depots. That it was given as a 3star hotel is an insult. The hotel was a mess. Dirty toilets, dirty bed linen, broken doors, dirty towels being taken for cleaning i suppose and linen were dropped on the floor and not in laundry baskets right in front of our room. The rubber beading on the balcony door had come off on the side and was hanging loose, the glass door to the shower was dangerously loose on its hinges with the screws popping out of the wall. My room number was 305. I booked for 2 nights but seeing the condition of the room it took me around an hour ( searching for another hotel to stay in ) before i checked out and ran from the hotel. Later reading reviews given by previous occupants found out there are bedbugs in the rooms as well. So if i could give minus on the scale i would. I have stayed in treebo before in coimbatore and it was a pleasant experience. I expected the same here in bluru and was totally disappointed

Worst hotel worst rooms

Worst stay ever, it’s like cheap loading boarding type, rooms are not clean, bedsheet is torn, bathrooms are not clean, i doubt staff must have used it while i’m gone, room phone didn’t work, 1 or 2 breakfast options, lift is brocken, staff is not well versed but helping
