Terrible Stay

Nothing is in proper condition. No ac. Their is renovation process going on but u have accomdated us in it so this is not fair enough

No ac and worst reception staff behaviour

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and there was no ac even for a single day. When complained to the reception, the guy in the receotion said that it is under maintainence and we have to adjust without ac in this summer. The one guy in the reception was very rude and doesn't really know how to speak to the customers. If there was no ac it is their responsibility to inform the customers beforehand as the hitel was booked 3 days prior to the check in. These guys informed us that there is no ac during the check in and asked us to book some other hotel if necessary i even tried to book other hotels in the area but everything was booked ot it was pricy. This is why you have to inform your customers beforehand so that we'll look for alternate options instead of staying in the heat sweating all 3 days of the stay. Worst experience

Very rude manager, first gave me dirty room and later denied changing my room, very very bad and rude staff. Wasted my money, never ever would come again here nor suggest anyone. Shamless hotel team.
