groupWe travelled in group. I was looking for a good hotel for stay and when i was searching i find this townhouse of OYO . I had a very high expectations for this hotel because it was OYO townhouse and my expectations were shattered because staff was very rude , rooms were terribly dirty and even blankets were smelled like hell . It was totally money waste and terrible stay ! Highly not recommended.

Worst hotel in dehradun

Worst experience ever. The hotel room had cockroaches roaming around with broken sink and dirty washroom. The hotel staff were so rude and the hotel owner had no talking manners. Complained again and again regarding cockroaches to hotel staff. Didn't get any resolution. The hotel owner asked us to leave if had problem with room without refund. So i have no other option rather that to stay in the room full of cockroaches. Worst support.

Pathetic experience

I was visited with my 7 month old child and husband to believe on mmt, but very dissatisfied with hotel which was certified by mmt. Bedsheet was dirty even old and big hole was in center. After lots of request not sanitized the room table even not changed the bedsheet. During this time when everybody is conscious about hygiene. They will not maintain the hygiene point not in rooms nor in bathroom. Only two poor quality toilet shop they provided. I had booked included breakfast. Only a loo paratha they had in breakfast. Even when i asked for butter bread they said thats chargeable.

Decent budget hotel

This is a good hotel for the price. Relatively clean and well maintained than other alternatives at this price. Please step out by 6-7 pm because when the start the tandoor, the lobby and corridors fill up with smoke and jt is tough to breathe! besides this, it’s a decent place.
Overall cleanliness and hygiene could be better. However was relatively decent considering it is a budget hotel
