There were no rooms available during my check in. And after some time I argued with them, after which they gave some poor room as I had no time and option left. Please avoid this place if your a business traveler.

Need to improve room cleanliness. We found rats in our room. It's horrible when we order water they provide water within a phenyl smelled bottle. Please take care of this and don't do again with any other customer.

The room condition

It was a very small room with damp smell and molds on the walls. The staff was not at all supportive. No toiletries were given. Even the body shower bottle was empty. Apart from this he charged us extra for an extra member to stay but didn't give any bed. Not even a receipt was given for it.

Hotel is decent and I stayed in balcony room

businessThe only problem I faced during my stay that hotel manager was a greedy and I have sensed this through out my stay. For example he called me twice to inform me that visitors are not allowed (my colleague visited me for some time) and Mr. Manager creates scene at 11 when we were going out for dinner saying it's his sleep time and do not disturb me.

They have maintained the property well but need to do a periodical inspection of there electronic appliances such as bathroom exhaust was not working for the room and the sockets for charging need to be pushed up or down before you can plug your charger into the socket. Floor was having some green chemical which was not cleaned even after informing the same to the manager. Convinient location for commuting. Delivery of All food aggregators are available and it's quiet quick. Just need to take care when checking in after 11pm that only 1 gate remains open for Sushanth Lok and this may lead to misdirection when entering the society.

Homely location, easy access to major Gurgaon areas

The room was nice with a fine bathroom. Hotel has a fine colony location with a shopping complex right opposite to it and Cyber City, HUDA City centre, ambience mall nearby.
