Booked for 2 days with breakfast but the day we reached, breakfast was not provided since we reached after 9:30am which was over their breakfast timings. We wanted tea and coffee as a welcome drink but provided with kahwa. During the two days booking, no cleaning services (sweeping, mopping, beddings) were provided. In one of our booked rooms, the hot shower was not working so we have to ask for bucket and mug to bath. We asked for a printout for the paid permit they provided for roaming around but they have not provided us with one. Used a screenshot. Food was good initially but as a bus full of people checked in, the food taste and quality changed to average. Overall an average stay landed us to checked in another hotel for better experience.

Stay was good but towels were dirty and also there is no provision of tea kettle in the room. Food was average and breakfast excellent

No wifi in room only reception area. No lift, rest is fine about cleanliness.

Good stay staff is very cooperative. Near to market.

At the price you'll end up paying, you are better off not staying in this property for the following reasons. Location's a Long walk uphill from the market. There are many good options closer to the market at much more competitive rates good, the breakfast is very average with barely any variety, and items being undercooked. Room not well appointed. The room we got was falling apart, with shower faucet and shower door broken, switches and plug points not working. Cleanliness the bathroom had not been cleaned at all in the room given to us. There was a perpetual smell of kerosene in the water running from the taps. The staff although the staff is polite and willing to help, the property appeared to be quite understaffed. All in all, the listing of this property is misleading. The stay was nothing as represented. We felt cheated of our money.
