THE MAP INN HOTEL

It was a nice stay. Hptel was clean and the behaviour of the staff was nice. No disturbance and mosquito repellent was there.

Stay was good. Location is also at its best place. But food was not so good and the prices of the same were very high

The stay was a TERRIBLE MISTAKE!!! We reached at the hotel past midnight. After travelling so long, we were tired already and just wanted a good sleep. A cosy, neat and tidy bed was the only thing we were looking for. And then, we landed at this property. Lemme tell you this is actually a 2star property which they are trying to show as a 4star one. I am sharing the videos along with to justify my response. They showed us three rooms: 1) The first one was too small that you can barely move around. It was very suffocating. 2) This room, a bit larger than the other, looked as if someone had just checked out from this and the staff had just made up the bed and that's it! The bed sheet was stained. The washroom wasn't clean and female hair were all around on the floor. The toilet seat wasn't sanitized. 3) This room was the one facing the road, the only one with the window. The bed lenins were completely soiled and without cover. There was a bird's nest in the washroom!!! And the spills of the same were all over the toilet seat!!! I tried calling the customer care but the number came switched off. I connected with the manager who folded his hands to 'kindly adjust'. He also very politely requested to please don't put any negative review online! 🙄 As stated, we were already very tired and thus had to give up finding no alternative. We chose the second room and asked them to clean the washroom and provide the toileteries. After waiting for more than half hour no one came in the room and I tried calling them via the intercom and another surprise!!! The intercom was disconnected!!! I had to go all the way down to speak to the staff and they informed due to some issue the intercoms aren't working! Anyways, they provided ONE towel and two soaps, and that's it!!! Giving up on our hopes we 'adjusted' and decided to go with our routine and there was another surprise - no water in the flush!!! I finally called the manager again and again he requested and pleaded and got the needful for the water. Finally, we went to sleep at around past 1 am, only to wake up drenched in sweat at around 6 in the morning - the AC stopped working! I reset the AC and somehow turned it on and went to sleep again. At 8am we decided to take a shower, but looking at the condition of the washroom I decided otherwise and went for breakfast only to find the diner place also to be another worst experience. I ordered Tea with butter toast and there it was, served on an untidy table. Anyways we somehow decided to move out and while at check out asked if there was anything that we have to pay for. The manager was no where to be seen, and the staff demanded 40/- against ONE water bottle they provided us at night. I demanded for the bill and there he was, 'rehne do'. Please go through them and take strict action against the property that is imposing and people like me get trapped with them.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

Average hotel in zirakpur restaurant is very bad. Location is very good. Near of the chandigarh international airport

Bed so short that the feet of 5'6" person sticks out

Gud experience, staff is very welcoming and well mannered. I forgot my phone there but they returned it to me safely. Perfect place to stay in zirakpur

The property is easily accessible as it is located on the side of the main road and is approximately 15-20 minutes from chandigarh ix c airport. The hotelier, mr. Abhinav ahluwalia, was very friendly and courteous, readily addressing all our needs. We will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Excellent service with cooperative staff, hygienic rooms. Wish to stay next time too. Highly recommended.

We were initially checked into a room that had no keys (lost by previous guest. They said to leave the room unlocked and nothing will happen. The rooms are not as shown in pictures. Unclean stinky bathrooms without hot water. We purchased dinner and breakfast in the room rate but the quality of food provided was very average. Only upside is that the owner was polite and the staff is cooperative. This property needs a lot of work and professional attitude. This is not a place for family and kids unfortunately.

Worst experience till date, suggestion for couples kindly do not come in this hotel. This hotel is only ok for bachelors. Food is also very costly here compared to other hotels near by. Honest feedback.

5 very nice hospitality property owner is a very gentle person and staff members are very friendly my there days stay as much as comfort becomes by property owner he told all information about city route and very information related to city. The experience at aa hotel was excellent & the staff there is very polite. Met the owner in the evening, he is also a very polite & friendly person. All the things we asked for were provided immediately due to which we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.
