The Acanti Dharamshala

Set amid-st lush forests, the grounding that you experience being here is something that we rarely, if ever get to feel in today's world. Combine that with impeccably appointed large rooms, exceptional service, a team that's eager to make your stay special and of course the host - udai who's all heart in a human form. The great thing is that while you're immersing yourself in bliss at acanti and you feel like heading out for a bit, both dharamshala and mcleodganj are just about 15 minutes away. Also, since the property is pet friendly, your furry friends will be well taken care of and in great company of friends like jispa, shoo-ling and oreo. My stay at the ac-anti can be summarised in one word as "blissful. The property is located in a serene, peaceful hill, midway between dharamshala abd mcleodganj. I stayed here for 3 nights and each day was uniquely planned by the lovely host udai. We had a fabulous evening set up with magical sunset views, a few stones throw away from acanti. Next day was marked by a meadow picnic complete with old school styled picnic basket, tea amid-st a bed of wild flowers and grass clearing in the pristine forest. The third evening became even more special with a bonfire lit musical evening and great food custom made for our taste. We loved the fact that it would take us merely a 15 minute drive to reach mcleodganj or dharamshala for our day ventures, and the evenings back at ac-anti to feel one with nature and have eclectic conversations with other guests and the host. Other highlights of this space included extremely well appointed and tastefully done rooms. The rooms are very big and sun-kissed morning bed tea routine is something we will keep going back for. If you are around dharamshala, look no further and stay here. I promise a piece of your heart will forever belong here and you will keep coming back. I stayed at ac-anti with my family recently. And i must stay, everyone in my family loved the property. Our plan was more on the relaxing side, and ac-anti was perfect for it. It's away from all the crowd and loud noises. We were looking for a secluded stay which also allows pets. And ac-anti fulfilled all our needs. Inf-act they have 3 dogs of thier own who are really friendly. And the best part of the property is it host - udai. He is genuinely a very nice guy and very very helping. He made sure our stay was comfortable and took care of all other demands. He even took us to a couple of places for an amazing sunset. Our stay experience enhanced all because of udai because went beyond his limits to provide us with all the comforts. Do try their lemon chicken if you're a non-veg. And their ginger lemon honey is just the best.
