Super Hotel O Kattankulathur Near SRM University

This is worsted Hotel, no house keeping, bathroom not clean, bed smells in room bed sheets not clean. Door broken…. Very very poor condition this hotel😡😡😡

Location of hotel is deep inside, hygiene is not kept properly, not safe for family to stay, food is not available and have to rely on Swiggy and equivalent

The room did not provide us with breakfast,not a single amenities were there....Please don't book this hotel....save your money....they make fools out of you

Worst hotel I found on makemytrip better to remove from the listing. It's not a hotel it's PG rooms, bed also hard and springs out. Even water also not provided, for two Guests only one bottle and one soap provided 11th 12 PM to 12th 11 AM of July. There are no food facilities it's not a hotel, just PG rooms in an apartment, even only one water bottle provided for two guests for 11th 12 pm to next day 11 am. The location is also not good, even ola and Uber guys also ask for a higher price. It is better to remove from the MakeMyTrip list, It's my suggestion

this place is located in an abandoned area. very dirty and pile of garbage. there is no one sean during entey. really this is not safe place for stay. this is not an hotel . these are the Flats.

Flush not working, door broken. Almirah's some part was vanished by termites. Taken extra money for breakfast but not provided. Reached 1 and half an hour early so I was charged extra 200 rupees.

location was nearby the SRM university, but it's not accessible easily. it was located inside residential area. hard to locate. The hotel didn't supplied me breakfast as the mmt offered when I talked with the hotel management they asked me to ask mmt for breakfast. there's no amenities as they described. Zero cleanliness. the bedspreads pillows were yellowish, I need to pressure them many times to change it. the hotel mattress was torn out. the mattress springs were poking out. they won't clean rooms and bathrooms. they don't have toiletries. I took room in Chennai the receptionist was Rajasthani, He don't speak Tamil or English. he even don't know Hindi. Mmt should avoid such hotels from your list in the future. Mmt should remind the hotel about the offers they are giving to the customer. mmt should make sure the hotel is providing toiletries and breakfast. No cleanliness inside room and the premises No proper curtains in the room. Bed spreads and comforters were not good. Location of the hotel is little bit inside from the main road. Accessibility at night is difficult. No toiletries supplied. No proper management of the property. No lift service. Breakfast didn't supplied. When asked about the breakfast, they said that's not included and they didn't know about that. Air conditioner and Ceiling fan works fine.

Room and wash room are ugly, it was a service apartment without any maintenance, closet was broken and couldn’t use it, breakfast was included in the booking they didn’t provided

this is one of the worst hotel experience I have had in 25 years. first they said it's near SRM University one would think a decent hotel in close proximity such as on the highway. but it was 2.5 kms away in a location so twisted you wouldn't wanna walk at night. nobody knows about the hotel and rented drivers don't know the location. one rapido guy took 30 minutes of frantic searching before we could find the hotel. when I reached the first time I instantly knew I have made mistake in selecting this hotel. nothing is maintained in its premises garbage and bushes. the room was just ol but it should have been priced 800 rather than 1300. the water gets stuck with soap soln for an hour after shower. the bucket and mug have visible dirt accumulated from ages. said complimentary breakfast but manager we won't provide. 2 hrs late check-out possible but manager said payment late fee of 400. overall an extremely dissatisfying experience that I would never stay in this hotel or recommend anyone doing so.

The hotel is very inside from the main road. No proper management of rooms however the person handling the work is supportive and helpful. You don't get rik, uber and ola from this place. Please don't choose at least for connectivity purposes.

Worst ever experience of staying in a so called hotel in my whole lifetime. Bathroom door was broken below. So was side table glass. Not wroth to be called as hotel

Good and comfortable stay. rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful .I would prefer this hotel to everyone
