The stay was superb very nice location and food was awesome. The stay is in a quiet and serene place . All away from city noises.

Hospitality is very nice be it freshers in the staff & food quality & service upto mark. Property location is bit inside but it is worth going no problem in reaching

We had a good experience with very responsive service, good food spread. While they had initially told us check in would be delayed, we were happy to see them take our complaint seriously and provide us a room quickly. Room service and housekeeping was quite good.

Got the Checkin in room at 5:30 and no response at reception as well. With Less staff it seems to be not manageable over weekend

very bad, worst. rooms were not cleaned. swimming pool is risky, no lights around it. food was awfully expensive as per the property standard. bf was limited and jot good. food was bad. support staff was less and no manager on the floor. never ever go there

Overall experience was great . Nice property, properly cleaned. Food was good as well. The pool area was also peaceful with minimum disturbances. The staff was understanding and helping. The hotel respects the privacy and provides everything asked for.

I would appreciate it if you could consider the following feedback to improve your services. *Check-in Process:* Unfortunately, the check-in process took an excessively long time, with a wait of over 4 hours from 2 pm to 6 pm. This was a significant portion of my stay, and I hope you can look into streamlining your check-in process to minimize wait times for future guests. *Room Service:* The room service was slow to respond, and I had to wait for an extended period for my requests to be fulfilled. Additionally, there were no towels provided in the room, which was inconvenient. *Pool Facilities:* I also noticed that there was no towel service available near the swimming pool, which would have been a nice touch. *Request for Complimentary Stay:* Considering the issues I experienced during my stay, I would appreciate it if you could offer a complimentary stay on my next visit. I believe this would be a gesture of goodwill and a way to make up for the inconvenience I faced. It was good and we liked it. We would like to go again in future too. We were 2 families and all of them enjoyed

a hidden gem with a lot of greenery, calm, spacious rooms and suites, great pool for small kids and amazing food. We booked 2 suites in an amazing price with buffet breakfast + 1 meal. It was an amazing weekend getaway so close to Delhi .. yet quite and serene. The staff is also quite polite. Property is clean.

Service of the Hotel was pathetic, Ac was not working continuesupy for 3 hours and Food was over Priced never take this this hotel without proper meals else they will charge you heavily.

Property is so elegant & beautifully surrounded by lush greens. Stay over here was excellent. Staff is so humble & cooperative. Food is something that compels the guests to revisit or ignore it. In this case it’s 100% repeatable. Food is awesome in taste & hygienic. It’s 10/10 for this property.
