Sri Sai Cottage (Standard Room)

Owner/manager was calm and very helpful man. We enjoyed staying there and we did like the food

There were no facilities available. The property was safe. Cleanliness was average. Food was very bad in taste. The cook was himself a caretaker and helpful in nature.

Please learn how to talk with customer. Felt very bad how we was treated. Worst attitude of the Cottage person. No wifi, tv was not working.

Too little and dirty Room.

Please don't choose this hotel for accommodation. It will spoil your vacation mood. This is not at all a hotel.

Kindly improve on cleanliness.

Cook very perfect in cooking homely test. On time net and clean also charged acceptable. V wish to go many more time. Thanks to Mr. Mohd. Mira and Mr. Das.

Very good stay in Ooty. Rooms were clean. Manager was very helpful.

The location is closer to railway station, bus stand. Its a budget home based stay located near the residence premises. No need of alarm to wake up in the morning, the temple's, mosque 's loud speaker itself will make you to wake up. You have to bring your own toiletries. The food provided is not sufficient and that too you will get it only after 9:00 am. Deluxe room is recommended for family oriented, standard room is recommended for bachelors oriented. Not recommended for those who preferred for calm environment.

Worst stay. Only money hungry persons running this filthy place. Breakfast was promised at 8 AM but always have to follow-up and got at 9 AM or after it. There was no facility, no courtesy, no cleaning services. Tea, water bottle was not available and were charged for even drinking water. Towel and soap were not available even that we have to request. Complete waste money paid with lots of embarrassment.

Location was near to bus stand in a local locality. Food was not served. Only breakfast was provided which was delicious but limited.

The room service and the hospitality together with the breakfast was good. The essential items if needed was provided by shanker.
The hospitality of the owner and room boy, Shanker was praiseworthy.

Dinner not supplied properly. Very bad service, breakfast was also not given complimentary. Poor response. I suggested donot go this hotel.

Rooms not so good. Walls were dirty of the room. Blanket and bed sheets were also not so clean. Room service was poor.

The stay was nice enough and the its value for money.

The location of this cottage was very convenient and easy in travelling. The appearance of the cottage is good and staff members were well mannered and quick to respond. The room allotted to me was very spacious and very well maintained with all the essential facilities in proper working condition. There was no delay during sign in and sign out process. The cottage was worth for the money.
