Worst management and worst staff at the hotel. They never listen to you what you ask to them. And receptionist is very rough and doesn't reply clearly for your questions. Worst staying experience. They need to improve lot and serve better.

The atmosphere is too cardial and the services are very good staffs are very nice and friendly.

Guest friendly, spacious room. Neat and clean.

Its very neat and spacious. At late night there were mosquitoes causing trouble, kindly take note of it.

Poor house keeping. Dirty bathroom

In-house kitchen only serve breakfast in morning. Dustbins are not emptied daily, complementary water or glass is available. Mosquitoes are in room. Staff not responding even after requesting.

My room was big and spacious. For the value of money the bathrooms were not cleaned during my check-in. There were food leftover in the bathroom from the previous guest. No complimentary water bottle was offered. Location is good and maintenance of the floor need to be improved.

It was a pleasant stay with kind service. Worth it!

It is was very poor experience as the towels were torn and dirty and there was no proper drinking water

The hotel location is good and the rooms are also ok. But don't book this hotel if you expect early check-in. Even if the rooms are available they will not allow you to do early check-in. And they just make you wait for 1 to 2 hours in the reception area for no reason. With all the mosquitoes in the reception are. The staff of this hotel are also very unprofessional. We had booked 2 rooms and they did not provide tea maker in one room. When asked for it. Their reply was in other room we have given you. The bathroom fittings are all rusted. Very bad maintenance and the bathroom was stinking. The bedsheets were also stained. Overall very bad stay with the hotel. Will never book again!

Good location. Big room but need improvement in cleanliness. Bed sheet was not clean. Mattress was old and not comfortable. Didn't provide water bottle. Service was average. Need improvement in amenities.

Front office people don't care about your check in since no one available at desk and hotel security assisted me. Property is good but not very well maintained. Curtains are broken.

The hotel doesn't have any good amenities, if you are planning to stay here with the expectation of restaurant facility then they do not have it, nor does the hotel authorities respond in time. Poor service and uncomfortable stay overall
