Value of money. Room service and their behaviour good enough. They are much friendly. Hotel is at mg merg. There is kachonjonga clean view in room 302, 402 and 5th floor.

Room size very small, otherwise all is good. Stuff behavior is good. Good location at proper mg marg.

Everything is good and MG Road was close from hotel.

My father is seriously having medical issues and due to that I requested for cancellations of additional day booking even 24+ hours, cancelled all bookings as needed money urgently, but they are rejected refunds, although the previous booked was checked out at 7:15 am on 2nd Jan 2020. Next booking was to start from 2nd Jan 2020 at 12 pm, I requested for cancellations for that on 1st Jan 2020 in the morning, but neither the hotelier or the make my trip helped. The hotel is very noisy, even if you have to have peaceful sleep or thought for family, you cannot. Very sad experience.

There is no value of human emotions, don't understand the situation of urgency or give peaceful stay.

Best location room MG marg, room super.

It was a good tour. Spent quality time at MG marg. Local tour at nearby monastery was very good. Environment there is very peaceful. Above all Jhangu lake tour was awesome. We could see the cloud below in mountain, we touched and felt it. what fantastic experience while driving through the roads to Jhangu. Great experience.

We were waiting at the showed location of hotel more than 1 hour with all luggages and nobody came down to receive us. Inspite they stopped receiving calls after one hour. My holiday almost turned nightmare as me and my wife were roaming here and there searching already booked Shree Ganapati Hotel in mid of MG marg and after one hour of search we got to manage other hotel. I doubt its not a good hotel, people please search better before coming to this low budget offer.

Worst experience, unhygienic rooms, stinky rooms. Non cooperative staffs.

There was no room actually. The moment we enter in the room, room was over.
