Sher Camp has a good concept, luxury tents near the entrance to the reserve. The problems are however, numerous. The tents are on nice grounds but right next to a busy road so the noise is quite bad and the first night there were dogs barking all night long. Since you are in a tent, the noises are as if they were in the room with you. The tents are very close together so you hear everything that goes on in the tents to either side of you. They have an extensive menue, the trouble is that they don't have many of the items listed on the menue. They have a dinner menue but only the set menue is available. We ate there 3 times and never got what we ordered. The worst thing was that they never told us that they did not have what we had ordered until after they had started serving us the starters. You might get a salad or soup and then the rest of the meal would never come and when you asked about the rest of the order, they would just say it wasn't available with no other explanation.

The hotel lacks on the following: 1. The overall ambiance is just OK, I wanted to stay in a huge property with lush gardens and great views where I can relax but this hotel has just a small lawn. 2. Poor service/no attention to detail: While booking the hotel I thought since it was a new property the staff will try hard to please the guests but to the contrary the manager seemed mostly un-bothered the geyser in our room was not working the manager just took it very lightly and we had to get it fixed a few times and still it didnÂ’t work and finally we had to change our tent but in the entire process the manager never seemed bothered. The next day we told our manager to book an excursion at 9:00 am but again no attention to detail and irresponsible behavior on his part he came knocking at 8:00 am and argued that he had confirmed the time for 8:00 am I was pissed off. The hotel does not have intercom the staff doesnÂ’t bother if you need anything you have to hunt for them using your mobile.

The hotel management charged excessively on the other services compared to what they informed verbally. And when it was complaint, the attitude and behaviour was not good. Food quality was not at all good.

Very small property at a bad location so feels like you are stuck in your 0.5 acres. Tents and food is OK but nothing great to compensate for size of the property. Now the worst part...no desire to take care of customer interest. I was told I don't need to book safari in advance even though I called 2 weeks in advance. When I got there, I did not get a jeep as desired and even for canter I had to pay twice as much as I could have paid for a jeep had I booked online. They were just interested in their fat commission on safari. Very avoidable

One of the best tent based hotels I’ve stayed in. Super close to the sanctuary, they are extremely hospitable and super helpful. Five star service at 2 star rates. I would give it 11/10!

Very unsatisfactory the rooms were unclean and very untidy. Dirty linen and towels. The restaurant services were very poor. Shortage of staff. Very bad experience. No feel of tents stay. I will not book it again with MMT.

I stayed at this place for a night with my wife and was pleasantly surprised with Location, Food and Hospitality. Its a small resort with well managed Tents. Service was top notch and their staff made us feel privileged. Would recommend to all. Cheers

It is a small property with 11 tents. Good:- Awesome food in reasonable prices. Accommodating management, hospitality. Bad:- Tents are not a good idea in winter. There is no heater and it gets very cold in the night. During our stay a group of boys and girls were there they had party their and played loud music till late night 11. 30 pm. Even after several complaints management could not control/stop the party music. We were not able to sleep. Not an ideal place for families with small children.

The tent was small but clean. The app mentioned that it would have Ac/heater, Intercom, kitchenette, Iron board and a multitude of other amenities, but there was nothing like this. Tent did not have Intercom so we have to search for person responsible myself or on my Mobile.

Rooms are very clean and very peaceful resort, beautiful greenery and natural look, room are very spacious, when we require lemon they just take directly from tree. We require special food for my daughter they cook as per our requirement. Nice staff. If we visit again ranthambhore we will surely stay at again

Location wise its very good .. Near to the jungle. Rooms are average if you want to have a true jungle experience, it is OK. Staff is very good & courteous .. Food is very expensive which is not worth it, restaurant is below average. No sign boards hence difficulty in finding property. Property is small .. Having 8-12 tents and a lawn .. Overall an average place ..

I stayed in Tent first time it was good experience. Tent is cozy. Camp fire in night is very awesome. Manager and other staff is very cooperative, They have very lovely dog called sun. Tents are clean. Garden is well maintained.

Location wise good ,, good service ,, very good and nice staff ,, polite .. Everything is good & excellent go for it ... You like the hotel, only to ask about programme in evening with bone fire before booking else every thing is good & excellent. You really enjoy
