There were rats and lizards roaming inside the room. And also had hygiene issues.. plus the pool also wasn’t cleaned

the service and caretaker were really good. however there is no disclaimer that the place is near a forest and insects come into the room

Overall stay was decent. Location is quite hard to reach but the staff was cordial. Also the staff has been very helpful with food arrangements and other requirement as well. A good weekend getaway. Although, must include better indoor games as not much option available

The ‘almost’ Perfect Getaway!

Away from the hustle-bustle of the city, Maativan brings you closer to nature. Closer to home. The serene setup tucked away in the middle of ‘Van’ is a perfect getaway in under 2 hours from the city. Gautam and his team have the ‘it’ factor and their hosting, cooking skills are an absolute chef’s kiss.

Maativan - Authentic stay and Food

The property was just amazing, it was one of the most authentic & unique stays we ever had. 😍👌🏾 Gautam (chef & care taker) was very co-operative and he served delicious food throughout our stay.
