Not recommended for family, room is not clean, I stayed 2 days, 1st day I found 2 empty beer bottles inside the room, I informed them and checked out, then due to heavy work I need to stay one more day in madurai, So I booked again in same hotel and came in the evening, they provided same room which I stayed in previous day. I noticed the beer bottles not disposed and more over I found in rest room dustbin. Even they not clean the rooms. very worst experience. don't recommend for family and temple visitors.

The property is well maintained, neat. The room is adequate sized not too small or big.. It is a service apartment type, not a hotel. The staff were cordial and helpful. Room service is available, limited options. Charges are very reasonable. Morning breakfast was south indian again limited options. Idly, upma, bread, omlette, tea coffee, sweet Location is 5km away from the city, not a problem if u have a car.. Otherwise taxi or auto available. Parking is available, a bit crammed if u have an suv, but manageable.

Nice place to stay. Very spacious and well thought arrangement for the rooms. Located in a very good locality in madurai. All locations are very much reachable. It is beneficial if we book as a package since we can enjoy a complete 3 bhk apartment with good balconies and amenities. Staffs are very good and ready to take our inputs. Few improvements: 1. Balconies can be maintained better; 2. Services like cleaning, food, etc, are good but bit delayed and communication between the guest and staff could be timely. Having said that, gm ms. Ramana manages the situation well. 3. Breakfast could be better and overall food experience needs improvement. If not for the above points said, would have rated it as excellent. Overall a very good budget stay in madurai. We strongly recommend vishwa residency.

Stay on May 10th 2024 first impression - average Drawback - located very far from NH44 toilets - needs improvement room and cleanliness - average parking - only 4 cars can be parked in side building rest all have to be parked on road food - good ac - no cooling complained but the guy asked to check for an hour and inform happened @ midnight 12.30 since we check in @11.30, rooms were not changed - bad response from property. nevertheless would also like to mention that these ruthless people even after over charging for the room and other useless amenities charged an amount of Rs 80 for just filling 200 ml milk 🍼 in childs feeding bottle. I wouldn't recommend this property to any1 unless you don't have any other place to stay.
