The ambiance and food was very nice and have fantastic lake view

Property was good and so neat, we booked sun view room and the view from the room was pleasant. The service was too good, food was excellent.

Took a premium suite with Valley view , but the room provided was not as per photo. There were no windows in the bedroom and was adjacent to the kitchen so matter of privacy was not really upto the mark.

The property is a bit expensive considering the size of the room and bathroom. However, the view of the valley from both the room and the hotel is great. The food and service were excellent. While the room size wasn’t a major issue, the interior was not well-maintained, which is disappointing for a hotel that claims to be 3-star. My take is that the higher price is due to its central location—right in the middle of the city and next to Coaker’s Walk.

The location of the property is fantastic, right aynthe syart of coakers walk, and in front of bryant park. The traveller plus room is spacious though it is without any view. The breakfast spread was good, though the dinner was not as good as we had expected it to be. The hotel staff and specially Manoj were very good with their service.

The villa is very pleasant for as and very safe to families.... Especially the resort members are very humble and very happy to have that kind of members in the trip time

For the price paid, more services could have been offered. Overall, while the location and property were good, the booking information on MakeMyTrip needs to be more accurate.

The only good thing about the property Villa Retreat is the prime location and having around all the major spots of Kodaikanal, however that's all it has. The property and rooms seems old, the mattress was not comfortable at all and the service is slow due to less staffing. There is no restaurant inside and hence we have yo depend on outside food. So the location is very good who wants to stay around the prime spots, however the place is not upto the mark based on the price it's claiming. Thanks.

Hello! they don't have enough facilities as per their price. For example, no heater in the room. In the bathroom, no dental kit. Room is very small as per their room price.
