Very poor experience and not recommended for family stay

Bad experience, very far away from Madikeri market place, room condition very poor, lower rate room provided against MMT booking, in buffet breakfast only poha, idli and untoasted bread provided. The property is situated in an isolated location that is far away from daily utilities. As for the hotel name, neither can the river be viewed easily nor is it accessible from the lodge. The breakfast menu is very very limited.

family with 1 kidTravelled with a family of 5. First of all, it is located far from the city where no network is there but you will get wifi and VoWiFi. The location, is situated in between a very beautiful place surrounded by nature and just beside its river. Rooms were amazing with ample space and facilities and food felt like home. Although no restaurant or shop is nearby, you will get ample options within the hotel. This place is perfect to cut yourself from world and find peace.

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding my recent booking at Treebo River View Hotel. Unfortunately, my family and I could not stay at the property due to the unsuitable and unsafe environment, which is not appropriate for families with children. Upon arrival, I noticed the following issues: Environment Not Family-Friendly: The atmosphere at the hotel seemed more suitable for bachelors rather than families. No Network Coverage: There was no mobile network in the area, making it difficult to contact anyone in case of emergencies. Safety Concerns: The hotel is in a secluded location, and there appeared to be no proper security arrangements, which made us feel unsafe. Given these circumstances, I decided to vacate the property immediately. This was an unfortunate and stressful experience, . I am also disappointed that this property is being advertised as family-friendly when it clearly does not meet those standards. I had paid the full amount for this booking, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue.

groupThe name suggested river view, however there is no view. The rooms as lower than normal. No essentials were kept. The food preparation is worst. The staff leaves by 9:30 pm so any requirement post that is next to impossible. The place is in wilderness so next best thing is at 30 min distance. Still no support from staff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone. Very bad service

Our stay was overall good. Great hospitality. They took care of little things like milk for my kid and all. But few things to check: 1. Food could have been better. 2. They made us stay in some other room for 1 day.

Poor Stay

Staff is pathetic, awful experience with family. Because they have single room with 4 beds so bachelors come here due to cost savings and they play loud music and speak loudly till night 2:00 am but staff will not say anything to them or rather staff will not be visible. Though it is little cheaper but it ruined my vacation time. My family was unable to sleep. There is no point in booking such stay where you are unable to sleep because normal family needs it only for night stay- sleeping only.
