I don't know why i am even giving 2 star ratings to them. Maybe because i don't want to affect anyone's business, but if you are in hospitality business you should understand the value of presentation. I have stayed in cheaper rooms than this but they were at-least cleaner than this place. I don't know how to describe it. We indians can survive in messed up places, and i did as well but honestly this place was nonsense since the entry in this place. I had some urgency so i couldn't look for other place to stay since i already paid for this place. When you enter the lobby of this hotel, you feel the mesmerising smell of "zumbaan kesari" I swapped my room hoping the new one will be better. But hey bhagwan! that room was also same. Only thing was bathroom was bearable, though it was also messed up, guests hairs on the floor, mattress, bathroom. Though owner was friendly and polite but i think he is habitual of guests complaint. He just said that "renovation is going on. Renovation is one thing but at-least you can clean the floor. They changed mattress but it looked same as used mattress. In my room ac was working good, but ac is powered on from the reception but after that you can manipulate it by ac remote (i think they do it like that because some of their guest had stolen ac remote, god knows why somebody will do that. It is a mixture of lenient attitude of caretaker, owner and behaviour of some messed up guest who treat hotel rooms with utter brutality. Second thing, tv was there but settopbox was plugged off, so it was just a demo tv. Landline wasn't working. There was a very disgusting smell all over the corridor and even in the cupboards. Caretakers just blew room fresheners that messed up smell a lot after mixing with already present smell. They also don't give you key because their locks are auto-locked (one of the guest left for a day with key and didn't return. So, if you feel unsafe about your belonging when you leave for dining outside, you just need to stay in your room because you can't rely on that someone will not open your room because they have key. So, i just order food from room and it worked fine. I know solo travellers can deal with anything but even for solo travellers, i won't recommend it. I know owner is not bad but i request him "please bhai! thoda maintenance and cleaning theek karlo, deewar ka kuch nahin, pehle saaf safai ko aap log shahi se kaur lo (yani sirf room freshner par depend mat raho) to ad-hi problem solve ho jayegi auro guest bekar reviews nah-in denge. I think, i have said enough, itna bura bhi kisi ke bare mein nah-in likhna chahiye but i just wrote honest review.

They are not allowing us to stay told us to leave before 6pm whereas we have booking till 12 pm next day

For business stay it is paisa vasool property available is nice location is also good one. Hotel is in commercial complex at 4th floor, lift available if we consider price then room is excellent value for money food : mix restaurant veg /non veg is just upstairs of this hotel and pure veg is available just opposite side of this road "shortage of staff" for one day it is good but for 2 3 days stay staff is not proper to respond

Rooms were upto the mark. Breakfast was not available as you had charged for it because kitchen was not operational. Overall terrible experience. Never again would like opt for it.

The hotel is not a hotel but a set of 15-18 rooms with attached toilets. It is in a newly constructed building which is yet to be occupied by others. Yes if you are looking for just spending a night during your travel, then it is okay. However the pricing is on higher side.
