I couldn't sleep the whole night because of the bedbugs. It was a huge problem. The behavior of the staff was good, but the condition of the room was not appreciated.

This is the worst hotel of my life. Dirty, damp, bad smell, broken bed, hard mattress. The worst thing was that there were bedbugs. I have made a video. Please tell me how to upload it. The day I stayed, after seeing all this, I left the hotel immediately. Not only this room, all the rooms are in the same condition.

The room was not at all like the photos of the hotel shown on the app. The room was very dirty and the bathroom was not clean and no hygiene was maintained. the room condition is very bad.

On top of that I ordered food from Domino's but hotel staff denied stating that outside food is not allowed. Strange, first you build yourself as a hotel who can deny that. Bahut achcha experience raha hotel bahut clean tha safai bhi theek thi pani ka intazam bhi bahut achcha tha. Bilkul bhi pareshani nahi hui

Smell is coming from bathroom and no water was there in toilet the hotel ac is also not working properly

Toilet was not cleaned, tea served cold and tasteless. Switches of fan and light broken. The person who is on duty was cooperative.

Average room and facilities ok only ok water leakage issue not room cleaning and smelling badly overall rate is good 1100

Horrible hotel, no warm water for bathing, fungus in the walls of rhea bathroom. They do not have any way to communicate with them. For water food etc. Only the reception counter is nice as shown

Price is too much as per property, lift didn’t work, other facilities are good but bed sheet and blankets are unhygienic

It was worst experience for me. Room not proper cleaned and no hygiene. There was cockroach and bedbugs in the room. There was no positive vibes. I forget to check the room before booking.
