Yes we dint expect such bad experience,Let me list out 1 strains in bed spreads 2 rooms r not as seen in pic 3 no lift 4 no dustbin in rooms So check all this and book

Not well maintained,bedsheets had many stains,there were food waste laying on chair and table,I don't they cleaned before our checkin

Room corner and Toilet of 301 room formed fungus and cracks on walls of room both inside room and toilet

The hotel staff was very cooperative all the time but it needed some extra cleaning hygienic. Windows were not able to get locked in one non ac room.

Very good service, clean and neat room

Not worth rs. 1996. Mosquitos inside the room. Hot water is very limited. Parking is okay. 4 cars can be parked. They can charge around 1k to 1. 2k maximum for this hotel.

The stay was good. Friendly staffs. Though it says "no smoking" in the hotel premises, the hotel smells bad in the corridor and other common areas. The management should make sure that the stay is comfortable for non-smokers as well.

The hotel is really awesome . Maintains five star quality for an affordable price. The location is near to the mullayangiri and buttermilk falls. It was exotic stay with lotus . They provide very good services.

I went hotel morning only at 8. 30 around I though now room ll not give us bec 12 check in okay we plane put our bag there we left to Rome. But the hotel they give room. I m happy because we thought they not give but they give. Room is very good and its too value for money. Tqu MMT give best hotel

Went to Chikmagalur for sight seeing, Booked room at The lotus. Hotel is located at the center of the city and space at hotel's parking is small but enough space available in front of the hotel to park the Car, as road is wider. Room was extremely neat and clean, well presented with all towel, soap and dental kits. Staff were co-operative, they gave right guidance when asked for about places and the routes. There is no food facility at the hotel but there are many surrounding hotels within few meters walk-able distance. Overall value for money, no second thoughts if we plan next time.

Went as a Couple. Lovely stay just like I wanted. But the hotel doesn't have Restaurant in it. So no food in Premises but you can order from nearby Restaurant and the delivery from there is also quick.

Room was good. Service wasn't that great. Located in centre of city. Value for money. But they didn't inform us about complimentary breakfast which is not good. Overall, if you are visiting chickmagalur, you can go for it.

Hotel is located in one of the busiest arterial lines of Chikkamagaluru. The upkeep of the Hotel is very good. This Hotel has very limited parking within the premises. However there is ample parking available on the streets which can throw in some inconvenience if you are unable to identify a spot close to the hotel. Rooms facing the street is preferred as it gives you some scope of natural light to your room. The rooms on the opposite site are devoid of any natural light source and is dark even during the day. One needs to resort to artificial light even during the day time. Reinoculating the bathrooms) are relatively big compared to similar standard hotels and two twin beds are attached to form an equivalent of a King size bed One of the bathroom faucets for the western toilets specifically the bidet shower was broken. I did not inform the management to get the same fixed so cannot share my experience regarding the customer service. Hot water available throughout the clock Overall I am satisfied with my stay experience as I got a good deal through MMT. Thank you MMT for providing a decent discount on the room rents.
