The Jaibagh Palace

Services were pathetic. An isolated area in mountains has better facilities than this Jaibagh palace property in Jaipur. No WIFI, No phone signals , No hot water , room service takes ages , sometimes lift is not working . I regret paying 14k for a night for this property.

Room was very dirty Pots were stained Flush was not working AC set at 19 and there was no remote to change the temperature, called many time but didn’t get remote For food called at 555 many time but they didn’t reply Reception people called so many time but everytime they were like we are doing/ we are sending one one For slipper and toothpaste/ brush called 7-9 times And list is so on…..

The stay was very bad ac was not Working food was not good staff behaviour was bad no one answered the calls day was very poor

The property was awesome, very peaceful and serene. The stay was great and the staff was very sweet and generous. Food was delicious and great to taste. Highly recommended stay, worth every penny.

we booked stay for 2 days on weekend. As it was off season so fe e guest on weekend. Buffet was not available on sunday and also limited food options. it was very hot so air conditioner was ot able to cool the rooms in afternoon but by evening room becomes normal and cool at night. I would not visit the property again and wont recommend to any one.

Palace was clean and well maintained. Room and washroom was spacious and comfortable restaurant and overall service was not on par.

The property is beautiful. Food was very good. Although connecting road is not that good, but worth visiting. Room size are quite good.

Best place to stay in jaipur. Gives you a royal vibe. Hygine is also maintained and food is superb.

Our stay at this hotel was an incredibly disappointing experience for my family and me. From the moment we checked in, we were met with a series of issues that made our visit unbearable. The rooms were in terrible condition—poorly maintained, unclean, and far from the standard we expected. The discomfort in the accommodations made it impossible for us to relax or enjoy our time there. Adding to the frustration, the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Every attempt to address our concerns was met with indifference, leaving us feeling ignored and disrespected. The lack of customer service only compounded the dissatisfaction of our stay. This was by far the worst night we’ve ever spent at a hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking even the most basic level of comfort and hospitality.

Visited this hotel for my dad's 64th birthday with family. Turned out to be the most disappointing experience. We had 2 classic rooms booked. 1. The swimming pool was full of moss, the water was muddy and caused us terrible itching all over. When we complained to the staff, they mentioned that the pool was ruined by kids. If that's true, why didn't they close it for cleaning? there were no pool rules, uncles and aunties were entering it in their suits. There was no pool operator or safety guide. This was the worst pool experience ever. 2. The rooms were not set up at all. The bedsheets were dirty and we had to get the changed immediately. 3. The bathrooms- this is one of the things that qualifies for a good hotel stay. The health faucet was not working, there was no water in the shower, no shampoo in the dispenser. Anything that we tried using, turned ourlt faulty or unusable. 4. The tvs were not working and the subscriptions were expired. 5. The ambience of the hotel is horrible. As soon as we entered, there was marble scraping happening and the chemicals were emitting terrible fumes. 6. At the reception, there was no place to even sit as all the sofas were removed and again deep cleaning was happening. All of this happening on a saturday, which is supposed to be the busiest day. 7. There is construction happening at the back side and there is construction material everywhere. It is a misleading hotel with 5 stars, it doesn't even deserve one. The building walls are all in a very poor condition and bad to even look at. There's no beauty in any corner of this property with very mediocre views. 8. Food room service- terrible again. For any order, we had to call them up multiple times and even then they were not sure about what all was there in the inventory. The good part- i requested for a cake being made (paid for it) and that's something they did well. 9. Everything is locked in this property. The gym, the spa, the shower rooms near the swimming pool. It gives a feeling of a very gloomy space. The spa was not even operational. How can you call yourself a 5 star? 10. The gym is the most basic that i've seen with the most basic and minimal equipment and that too wasn't maintained well. The staff was polite. The owners have done a bad, very bad job! i will not recommend this place to anyone. It must be avoided.

Nice room, and bathroom with proper amenities. Delay/ignored services. No pool rules. Nice staff behavior. Overall comfort stay. Hotel staff asked us to check out before time.
