Location is good and near to all facilities

The room suffered from persistent electricity problems, and the bathrooms were in unacceptable condition—dirty, swarming with mosquitoes, and clearly neglected. Given the price paid, the overall experience was far below a reasonable standard.

The room ambience is good but no mosquito nets to windows.It is very difficult to stay especially in the Non-AC room and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom to send bad smell out

The room is excellent and absolutely worth the money. The staff and the manager were super friendly.

Condition of bathrooms was not at all good. Pilllow covers were smelling. Bedcovers were not washed and think are used without washing. Taps were not properly closing. Overall service was not good.

it's just a lodge. Wouldn't want to visit again to stay. it's just suitable to stop and freshen up before proceeding further to Tirumala

The hotel doesn't have any restaurants and even they were not able to provide plates, bowls and spoons. Ordered food from swiggy but the hotel doesn't have a bowl plate for that also. Room cleaning is not up to the mark, bedsheets are very dirty, mattresses are in torn condition. Bathrooms smell a lot and

We had stayed in chakrie residency 5 yrs back and thinking it will be the same we booked it again. The rooms were poorly maintained. It was ac room and they had given bed spread as blanket and that too it was torn. No involvement to serve the visitors. They were behaving as if they are doing some help for us. Will definitely not visit again.

Tv was not working and even hot water was not running. Although service was good to come and look into the issue or trying to accommodate us into other room for quick shower at last moment.

It was good experience to stay in chakrie residency, staff was cooperative and helpful. Everything like bus stand, hotel, tirupati temple and airport are reachable locations.

Beds, and wardrobes are good. There is one small restaurant next to it and is very convenient for hotel stay.

Hotel location is good. No basic amenities like power backup. On power failure at night we have to sit in dark. Power backup is in repair. Staff is rude. They are arguing with the customers. Always go after 12 for checkin. They are not allowing early checkin even after requesting the early checkin from the app. We had to wait long time to checkin.
