Room is very nice and staff also very helpfull,they provide privacy to the guest. Hotel is near to tge bus stop

My review is hot water not coming in morning. Pillows are very dirty.

Staying in a poorly maintained hotel room can be a nightmare. Imagine walking in after a long journey, expecting a clean and comfortable space to rest. But instead, you’re greeted by a room that looks neglected. Dust blankets the furniture, and every surface feels grimy. There’s a subtle, musty odor lingering, hinting that cleaning hasn’t been done for days. The floor is worse – scattered with hair that hasn't been swept up, making it feel truly unkempt. When you pull back the sheets, you notice stains that instantly make you feel uneasy. How could anyone sleep peacefully knowing the bed isn’t fresh? And then, as you step into the bathroom, the situation only gets worse. Stains and water spots cover the sink, and the shower has visible mold, a sure sign of poor hygiene. The toilet itself appears to be hastily cleaned, leaving you questioning the room’s overall sanitation. In such an environment, you’re left feeling uncomfortable, unable to relax, and even a bit anxious about what else might be wrong. It’s an experience that can ruin any trip, leaving a lasting impression of disappointment and frustration.

Hotel was good near to bus stand. Room is quite good. Cleanliness required. Staff behaviour is also good

Denied check in nd wasted my time for more then 3 hr no responce from hotel. Authorities asked for more extra money in cash
