It was amazing stay at the villa

Our stay was as pleasant as could be and the caretakers especially mr. Khemchand helped us out wherever he could. We could not have had a more comfortable stay anywhere else in manali!

My family was really disappointed and appalled by the service provided by the caretaker. During our vacation we had stayed in several villas in the remotest corners of himachal but this was the worst stay we experienced being the most expensive property among all of them. He is not receptive and wants the guest to stay as per his whims and fancies. The food we are being provided by him was being made out of compulsion. The food was tasteless, uncooked, sometimes burnt. Also, one room of the property doesn't even have keys, neither can the door be locked from inside, there is no privacy. The caretaker leaves the villa at night locking the kitchen door from outside. We cannot lock this particular door from inside, so the caretaker has access to enter the property anytime of the night and can even enter my private room anytime since we cannot lock it from inside. All we are told for this is that we have no keys you have to adjust. Please find attached the picture of how we stayed in the room by blocking the door with our luggage in fear. There was a 3rd room also but since we were two couples with a child they locked the 3rd room saying since you don't need it we will keep it locked while we had booked the entire villa. Apart from this there have been numerous other situations which we have just chosen to ignore like no water in the tank at 8 am in the morning, no hot water in the morning etc. He will not provide any heaters in the room, in short he is a dictator. He justifies by saying the house is made of wood you will not feel cold in the night. We felt as if we are living at a hostel or in a camp where we need to adjust to whatever is being provided. does not belong to the hospitality industry. Never book this property. After complaining to stay-vista (that claims to list 1 in 100 properties) all the relationship manager ms manju could say was sorry and this will not be repeated in the future as if we will be booking this same property again. It was a nice and well kept property. Away from the hustle bustle of mall road and into the nature. Extremely relaxing and comfortable. 👍

It was a great experience. The environment around the hotel is very calm and peaceful. Care taker and cook were very helpful and provided the best service. Villa rooms were huge, balcony was great and bonfire at night was awesome. There were only 2 challenges: no wifi and while we booked the villa on mmt, there was a clause that chef will be available at no extra charges and we will have to pay for only ingredients and there was some confusion around the same. As per vista admin, they are changing this policy on mm t but when we booked this was not updated. But vista customer care were really really helpful and they sorted the matter with the owner in only 10 mins of compliant. Overall: it was worth all the money we spent and it was a great experience.

It is a memorable stay for us. Rooms were comfortable and spacious and the location was awesome. Caretaker was welcoming and courteous. They served good food for us. Hygiene and facilities were good and it is a recommendable property to others.
