The bed was not cleaned. And no proper response from the reception. & no complementary breakfast provided. There were no basic things such as shampoo, body lotion, dental kit & self prepared tea coffee etc. Some basic things need to be improved. Thank you

I have call your team and explain yesterday the hotel team was miss behaving and they are drunk it’s a really scary place we didn’t stay there at same time we call and complain. We just escaped from there i didn’t take any pictures because at that time my intention is to escape from there because am not alone even my wife with me we are newly married i can’t tack any risk with her i hope you understand. Helloo. How many days you will take to solve this issue. I didn’t expect this kind of reaction from your side how long you need to contact a hotel

I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a family stay. The location provided by makemytrip was inaccurate, forcing us to travel an additional 5 kilometers to reach the hotel. The surrounding area is not suitable, with a bar downstairs. Despite not checking in or staying, the hotel refused a refund. Even during a call involving a makemytrip agent and the hotel owner, we expressed our intention to not stay, yet later received a call claiming we hadn't returned the room key. This situation highlights that even for bachelor it's not a safe option. We opted for a different hotel in mysore the following day.
