HOTEL SURABI

Everything is good and thanks to the receptionist Ms. Sushma for providing me the cab number on time

There was no proper support from the Team and even Breakfast was only limited. Food, Amenities and Service was pathetic.

Rooms and rest room were clean and tidy, which were well maintained. linens were ok appears quite higenic. however they did not keep bath towels in room, TV was not without channels. wifi was not provided. news paper, kettle,

Quality of housekeeping, Food not up to the mark . Drinking water is not provided in the Flask. Breakfast not up to the mark.

Good parking place and good to stay

Not worth for the money we are paying. Rooms are smelly and service was ok ok. Morning breakfast has very less options. Taste was ok.

The room was full of cigarette smoke smell need to spay room freshers to the bathroom and rooms entrance or corridor. Please make separate floors or rooms for smokers and nonsmokers.

Surabi hotel has nice and clean rooms, they are quite spacious and the hotel was quite safe for a woman solo traveller like me. Food is also good and their service is satisfactory. Staff is helpful and understanding i will recommend this place in mandya

Hotel is on the the expressway mysore to bangalore, almost 40km from mysore. Rooms are spacious with good amenities. View from restaurant is good and quality of food is good. Staff is good but they don’t understand english and hindi.

The hotel is well located. Quality of mattresses is poor. The place is quite neat and clean. There is a big problem of communication since the staff is not able to communicate in a language other than local. People without complementary breakfast have a problem. Quality of food served in the restaurant is good. The decor and serviceability state of appliances etc is good. L

Stay was average. Rooms are ok but their complimentary breakfast is the worst thing. They gave us the options of only bread omelette and cut fruits. I asked for aloo paratha or veg sandwich, they refused. They didn't even had south indian breakfast items like idli, vada or dosa even though the hotel is situated in the heart of south india. We had to order breakfast from zomato on all 3 days for my wife who doesn't eat eggs.

The room that i stayed was full of cigarette smoke smell and the bath towels were in pathetic condition with holes in it.

The Hotel is ideally located on the highway and has spacious clean rooms. But I didn't get the complimentary breakfast as promised
