Location is not found exactly which is provided by make my trip bcz of that we lost money and it is non refundable so be-careful and book the hotel

Location not same as mentioned in address, location is far from mentioned location, 22 km from exact location and staff behiver very bad they are harassing and they behave rudely if i told any problem regarding any issue of room they never solve after i ask they only smile, this hotel not safe for family. Thanks

to bad location and bad darty please I hate this place sach a bad survic bad location bad washroom is nat propar working

it's so dirty rooms and bed sheet is so bad

I booked that place for my guest and when he reached there the room was very dirty, pillow was hard and torn, no bedsheets, full of garbages under the bed etc etc. Total scenario i cannot express. In one word it was yak. The place is a remote place and no food was there near it, my guest had to wait 2 3 hours for food. It was total embarrassing for me. The money was total waste. I am very disappointed with makemytrip to recommend this worthless place to me.

Its totally fake hotel. His maps was not correct and his manager was not a suitable person. When i call him then they cut my call and told there is not any room

I have a wrist experience on this, never expected, no cleanliness during covid infact behavior of owner and manager is too rude and they are 0% helpful to the guest l. No care taker no towel wrist experience

It was a good stay on the Kolkata trip. The location was very peaceful and calm. The room was also so cozy and spacious. The owner and the staff were also so very humble and cooperative. The property was suitable for everyone.

Do not pay in advance. First their location in new town action area 2 but they show their location near sealdah. Room are very small. Very hard to find their location. Even Zomato and swiggy are not take order for that area. Staff behavior are very bad. Cleanliness are also worst condition. It's totally waste of money and fully harassment trip because of hotel.
