Royal Nest - Studio suites

Stay was pathetic. There was no Cleanliness at all. Everything was dirty. There was no mineral water even. Booked at future towers, but when contacted the owner, the property was 4kms away from the mentioned property. Thankfully we had a spare bedsheet, and we had to cover the whole bed, since it was so dirty. Very bad experience.

The booking was for royal nest at amanora but they gave us stay at Lebarum park in magarpatta. The stay at magarpatta was average but we were expecting to stay at Amanora as the apartment in Amanora was much better (I have stayed there in my last trip). Kind off disappointing.

Location was not the one mentioned in here, it was different form what is shown. The room type was economy so we had a shared bathroom which is okay but it was not clean, you can say dirty and not maintained. I think even if it is shared it should be cleaned. The room door did not have lock, while going out side we had to only latch it. As the shared bathroom was not clean we had to shift into the master room which cost us some extra money.

it was a nice stay. It was a very luxurious area. It was safe and secure but a little uncomfortable due to some issues regarding cleanliness.

Very Basic, u only get a room with separate toilet. Please keep your expectations low. TV in the room was also not working.

worst experience no one particular place to stay , as it was mentioned in you will be given king size room , all amenities in one room ,in 4 days of stays we changed 4 rooms disgusting please never book these place to stay

The service was not good the washroom or toilet were not cleaned and the apartments care taker was not good was little rude.

I recently booked this property for a family trip and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The surroundings were uninviting, and we were greeted by a strong smoking smell in the living room. To make matters worse, there was no kitchen available for our use, which was a major inconvenience. The sink water did not flow properly, and the shared washroom had no working lights, making it quite uncomfortable for our family. Overall, this stay was far from what we expected and definitely not suitable for families. I would not recommend it

The listing includes several photos of a different flat. The living area had a strong smell of smoke. The caretaker was decent, but overall, this place seems more suited for couples and singles rather than families.

Terrible Experience at Hotel Royal Nest Amanora Park I recently booked a room at Hotel Royal Nest Amanora Park, and it was a complete disaster. Instead of the room I reserved, I was shifted to another building with no view whatsoever. The caretaker, Vikas, was incredibly arrogant and unhelpful. The owner, Rajiv, was equally non-cooperative when I tried to address the issues. Overall, I had a frustrating stay and would strongly advise against booking this hotel. Save your money and find a better place!

The room was comfortable and clean the care taker took care of everything and the society was very elegant

The flat was well maintained, they gave us a free upgrade to a better room with attached bathroom whereas the room we booked did not have it. It had a great view, was on 14th floor. Location was a bit hard to find but the host helped, even though we were calling at midnight. All facilities and room was clean and well maintained. It was one room in a very big luxury apartment which had 6+ bedrooms, one huge hall and a kitchen.

It was a very comfy stay.

The location was good but the experience was bad. We had booked 4 rooms in the same flat but we were given 2 rooms in different floors. The ac of one room not working. And there was no power supply in one floor where we had 2 rooms. No power supply in one floor and all 6 were adjusted in one room. Moreover, the bed was broken and it was a nightmare. 3 rooms was not functional due to no ac in one room and no electricity all night and top of it broken bed. Very poorly managed property and i would not recommend at this moment.
