they had given other property. they property name orange sky inn .which was ok and accepted, once rain came water enter into room .very bad experience. if we asked about very bad reply.

It was a great budget stay. The host was polite and co-operative. The cottage is nearby (less than 5min walking distance) to palolem beach. Recommened for family, couple and groups. Overall, i am satisfied with the stay.

2 minutes from Palolem beach

The service was good overall, although the owners were not around much. They offered us a taxi to the airport and were cooperative about us maybe wanting to stay an extra night. The room was good for the money we paid- the tv didn't seem to work but didn't need it as we were two minutes from Palolem beach. The WiFi worked well in the room.

I am disappointed with their service no attendant at all even Drinking water and glass not available in the room, fan was not working properly when enquired about same he was blaming electricity department which was not our headache. Early morning power went off not even power back up is there in this hotel so you have to depend upon State electricity board or must learn to adjust without fan and light. Toilet was not clean and basic things are not available. Totally this is not an ideal place that too if you are planning a family trip

I went to Goa with my wife and stayed at two different locations. Pallavam was one of them. Stayed at Pritams's cottage. Pros- The accommodation was clean. Hosts were polite. Location was superb, near the beach. Value for Money. Cons- Hosts did not provide food or Chai etc.. One had to eat out and we bumped into Restaurant ' strike' from morning to noon on one day of our stay. Our room had one window which looked out into some shabby yard and old broken roof tops. One had to keep window open sometimes because power shut down frequently. At night there was so mush power fluctuation we regretted having booked AC room. Staircase which led up to our room could have been made more' presentable '.

Good place to stay connected to -each within budget. Nothing more to add. Calm and clean. Sparrow chirping. Coconut trees all over. Foreigners prefer this location. No breakfast is served. We need to go out. Nearby
