location not updated properly, receptionist not lifting calls ,no heater after 10 am in room,even they stopped water heater too. so difficult to call them and ask for a hot water

Avg stay based on the price you pay. We paid about 10k for the property and rooms are very basic and small. Although room was clean

Location of the hotel is nice. It's at walking distance to Gondola. Overall, it was an average stay. Rooms were not centrally heated as we were the only guests. Staff was very informal and casual but helpful.

view from room and ambience are very good... food is good but highly expensive.. centralised heaters will be switched off in the middle of night... for the reasons known to them.. location is the best part of property...

The hotel was nice. The room and bathroom was also clean, i liked the food too. Staff behavior was good. Thanks to all the hotel members for such nice facilities.

The hotel is centrally heated. Bathroom have 24 hours heated water supply. They also provide heating bed rooms are also very clean the service is fabulous. Staff is extremely polite they respond for your queries very quickly and the food is also very yummy. Hotel is very helpful.

The price of 9k was charges for one room (including dinner/lunch) was not worth it. We paid 4000 extra for a decent meal and even on that they just have 3/4 options. Food quality was average and not worth money. We checked in at 5pm and were late by just 45 mins everyone started making fuss about the same. I have been to many hotels and there were instances i checked out 2 hours late and no one said a single word to us. Now coming to the staff behaviour, they were continuously staring at my mom, wife and sister. They were so scared to sleep in the ground floor room. I would never suggest anyone this hotel. Worst experience ever.

It was a great experience in hotel. Staff was very polite. Hotel food was very good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom have 24 hours heated water supply. Thank you all for providing such a great service.

Nice place to stay in gulmarg. The hotel was very nice. The hotel room was nice and the bathroom was clean. Hot water is available 24*7. Food was very ti-sty the hotel staff was helpful. Thank you to all the hotel pine palace platinum staff.

Over price. Not value for money. Rate is higher than other better near by hotels. We have given 12, 400 rs. That’s is higher than other better nearby by hotel like grand mumtaz.

1st day not hot water in a bathroom, they have changed our room and next day i have to have a bath with cold water

My trip to this hotel was terrible. It was too high (15000 per night) but services and amenities were very poor. Toilet was not upto the mark. Availability of foods, reception services were compromised as most of the staffs were busy to perform religious prayer during our visit. At r the time of leaving the hotel i conveyed my feelings to them. Nearby hotels like shaw inn is more professionals in providing services in all categories for guests.

The room was very small and central heating was not turned on the first night because we were the only guest so we should not have been charged the premium as well. Food was average. Only plus points were that the staff behavior was very good and the location of the hotel is excellent just 5 minutes walk to the gondola station

Rooms were clean, well maintained. Food was very tasty and staff was very helpful as i was a solo traveler to gulmarg. They also arrange ski lessons for the guests which i did not avail of but would love to try in my next visit.

No proper way to enter hotel by vehicle, no hot water for brushing teeth, t. V is not recharged for viewing, food is worst

We family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel and great location. Very good restaurant, rishi gave us excellent support, excellent staff. Overall the property is very good and is recommended.

We stayed with family for 2 nights at this hotel. Room was a bit small but comfortable. Breakfast was good with a good variety of food. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous. This hotel is at walking distance from the gondola but there are no shops nearby so bring all your necessary things with you. Good view of the mountains from the hotel.

Ok food But very courteous staff members. Super expensive against the services and room on offer. Very small rooms with basic amenities.
