Review of Recent Stay In Hotel Marina by Stay Pattern

coupleOverall, I had a nice stay with a great property, excellent view, and a good location for clicking beautiful pictures. The staff was amazing and very polite. However, I do feel that there is room for improvement in the quality of the breakfast. While the taste may be subjective, considering that guests come from different locations, it might be worth considering a more diverse menu with different taste to cater to different preferences. One small issue that arose during our stay was that we arrived early and the room type provided to us was different from what we had booked. However, I appreciate that we were still able to check in early. Additionally, there was a slight discrepancy in the location information as the hotel was listed in Gulmarg but is actually in Tangmarg. This actually worked out well as it was near the Drung Waterfall, and Gulmarg was only a 40-50 minute drive away (depending on snowfall). Overall I had a pleasant stay.

familyProperty is located 3 kms inside the main road and isolated. Not a 4 star property. The owner himself confirmed we are 3 star. Not worth the price i have paid. Rooms are too small. They show something else and give something else. I had to force them to change my room too.
