Very nice environment and very good behavior of staff. It has a private beach, a violin-shaped beautiful swimming pool for swimming and enjoyment. The shape of the violin is very realistic. As a violin player, I can confirm. The pool is not too deep; anyone who doesn't know how to swim can also enjoy there. The room is clean and tidy and has incredible and amazing interior decoration. We got to see the sea from our balcony and also the room window. We got to know about this place from MakeMyTrip app.

Rooms are big and well maintained. The best views are available from the Platinum cottages at the very end of the resort. In the main bldg, there is no lift so avoid higher floors. Food average. Last mile road before entry is not concrete

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and tidy, the staff was very nice, I felt bad that you should definitely check the bill for the food, like the plain rice they gave me was written as basmati rice, the menu card said plain rice 70 and basmati rice 100 but the reception seemed to mean that plain rice and basmati rice are the same price,, when I said that the menu card mentioned the price, the reception agreed, I went on the 21st, and was out on the 22nd,, another experience was that there was hair in the rice, I couldn't eat the whole rice, I left it as it was, but later in the day someone saw that there was hair in the rice, instead we were told that the day we ordered it, why didn't you tell us, and we ordered it that day at 9 pm but then I fell asleep! I woke up at 11 pm. 30, I hope it's not appropriate to call Kithecn at this time, but this hairy rice has cost money, anyway, it's better not to have the mentality of such a big hotel as these small hotels, money shouldn't be a big issue,

The hotel ambience is very good, and the food is quite tasty—no complaints regarding those aspects. However, the condition of the rooms was not up to the mark. Additionally, one staff member, Mr. Nadu Gopal Das (who I believe is the operations manager), behaved very rudely. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and made us uncomfortable. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
