service is very bad. I have alloted 3 room in one days. AC is not working, electric socket not work, no room service available.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the hotel pallate relax Deoghar. the hotel owner contacted me late at night, demanding that I cancel my booking and pay him directly This unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.The lack of courtesy and respect for customers is appalling.

The hotel stay was okay. The room was decent, but cleanliness could have been better. Some amenities were useful, though a few needed maintenance. Staff was polite but not very attentive. The location was convenient, but noise was an issue. Overall, an average experience—neither great nor terrible.

Very Disappointing , the washroom condition is very nonsense EWC was broken , the shower was not functioning. Online it shows that breakfast is complimentary and it is indeed complimentary but they were trying to charge me for it when i already booked online with a complimentary breakfast. The room service was also bad. Had to change rooms so many times because almost every room has defects. Overall a very bad experience and very Disappointing too.

This is good hotel. All local people know it with old name relax. Initially they allotted me room no 222. But there’s some foul smell. On my request they changed my room immediately. Very polite helpful staff. However staff grooming like face with bad looking beard, unkempt dress needs a little improvement.

Everything was perfect, from cleanliness to service. A truly pleasant stay.

This was my second time stay in the hotel and I opted for a Super Deluxe room with an expectation to have a comfortable stay here. However, this was pathetic. There was no dustbin, no telecom, no proper lights, no clean foot mats, untidy & dirty blanket. The flush was not working in the washroom, there is no hanger provided inside the washroom and a lot more. Food quality is very low, too much oil and not tasty at all. Please avoid your stay at this hotel.

Room was not cleaned before allotted, Complementry Water bottel was not provided, dental kit was not provided even after asking so many times. White Blanket was not provided.

1. to start with terrible experience with hotel right from pricing it's a great way of looting even when the hotel is under renovation. 3. they lack minimum amenities in the rooms bad smell in the room not working tv in one room very bad towels. no need of powdering the faces no basic things like shampoo. literally they are cheating and looting

Absolutely NO NO ...poor condition. Staff unprofessional, Basic amenities missing, Food Quality is also not upto the mark. Location is not an issue.
