Hi team, the issue is not with the hotel but with your team. The email id you people have of the hotel is incorrect to what the actual email address is hence the hotel is not recieving any emails regarding the bookings done via the makemytrip app. When me and my family reached the hotel around 11pm as it was an emergency checkin and booked the hotel room around 4pm we were denied the checkin as the hotel management did not recieve any email from makemytrip. And from 30th september i am struggling to get my money back but it's taking a very long time. I don't even know if my issue will be resolved. The experience was worst with makemytrip

Hotel denied check in and make my trip failed to arrange another hotel and my reimbursement commitment not fulfilled customer support is worst not even bother to call back even after giving complaints
