The facility has only the bare minimum. Good bathrooms, but rooms and amenities are not perfectly tidy. Needs improvement. Also, ac remote went off after some time.

familyI am not staying in this property because very bad experience in the property, rooms not cleaned insects inside the room, bedsheet cover is used one and water dipped in the washroom. Tv not available in this room.

Very nice room, manager saji and staff lip u all are nicely welcome good treat, lovely so much hotel staying, every time any ask arrangement proper so nice, staff libu very good person. Only one improvement for road frontside big board for hotel name.

Location is good but car parking is not there

We have booked at this hotel, but they are not lifting the calls after 10:00 pm. We are struck at kovalam beach and unable to park our car. Finally returned back to trivandrum and stayed in a hotel

This hotel is not value for the money, they have no good facilities, waste bin, blankets, towel, other amenities are not in rooms, very bad experience
