the rooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, staff was good too as they were properly giving answers for each question and they help you to get other outside services at proper rate, drinking water was also proper as some New Hotel Pachmarhis don't give good drinking water restaurant was near so getting food became easy for us, and even after check out they let us keep our luggage there for some more time

बहुत ही अच्छा सफर था, होटल भी बढ़िया है साफ सफाई भी अच्छी है होटल में, होटल बहुत ही परफेक्ट स्थान पर है, खाने की शानदार व्यवस्था बेटा बावर्ची बिलकुल ही सामने है होटल से और सबसे सही तो यह है की न्यू होटल पचमढ़ी के सारे प्वाइंट के बीचों बीच है।

The stay was nice and room were clean. Staff was polite .room was ok.Also restaurant was very close within half km.beta bawarchi restaurant was in New Hotel Pachmarhi premises . Where orchestra was also good.nearby to sightseeing places.

The property is old but still have all the facilities value for money and there is a famous restaurant in New Hotel Pachmarhi campus which has live music

Good property and nearly all spots are near to the New Hotel Pachmarhi. There is also a garden inside the New Hotel Pachmarhi. So calm.

Stay was good. Staff was quite friendly. Spacious room. But, it is old structure. Bed mattress, pillow, blankets need improvements. Overall money's worth for a budget friendly stay.

Staff of New Hotel Pachmarhi was very friendly and helpful although property is very old but rooms are very big I have not seen this type of rooms anywhere
