Near to bus stop , Food at this restaurant was good , Rooms are ok , there is limited parking facilities for cars.

The hotel has its own restaurant which serves good food at a good rate The location is right next to KSRTC bus stand which came very handy . Facilities are good and you wont have any problems . Only thing was our room didn't have a balcony , else everything was spot on. It has its own parking also to park your vehicles

achuly what i pay for 3 * cat hotel no where match, MMT must not do this with their customers, the property is just like 1* or no star, lodge type hotel where simply one can just passed night..but when u r on vacation its use less n frustrated broken jet spray rats roaming with lots of garbage just out of ur window no fress air..even basic ameties lk hand wash nt there just small medimix as i say its guest house or lodge not a hotel. I mistakenly book with meal plan so at hotel reception guy clue less after so many phn call he finally accepted that our dinner also booked..dinner was atalll eateble but breakfast was pathetic worst idly n sambhar of my life...even during check out when i asked reception lady ur hotel is 3* cat she replied yes 3* boutique hotel..joke of the day..even i complaint during my stay to mmt but reply upto writing this..may bcs i made keep on booking with them.the only gud thing staff not denying anything .waste of my 6k...

Rooms are good from interior point of view. But cockroaches are there in bathroom area. Service is need to be improved. Intercom facility is not working.

The rooms were not soo good for the price we paid And the food was the worst I have ever had in my life

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. the service and cleanliness were well below standard. The rooms were unclean and untidy, and to our shock, we saw cockroaches crawling on the floor and even on the bed. Basic amenities like soap and shampoo were missing — all we got was a tiny Medimix soap. The breakfast was cold, tasteless, and definitely not up to the mark. The morning tea was especially bad. To make things worse, even the security guard was unhelpful when our cab got stuck due to poor parking management. As a result, we had to walk to nearby locations like Omkareshwar Temple. Since the area is hilly and roads are sloped, my friend and his 5-year-old son fell and got injured on their faces — a completely avoidable situation if the staff had been cooperative. We reported these issues to the hotel management, but instead of offering help, they blamed each other and failed to take any responsibility. As a final disappointment, we informed them at check-in and again later that we would be checking out early the next day at 8:00 AM, and were told that complimentary breakfast starts at 7:30 AM. However, when we went for breakfast at 7:30 AM, the staff refused to serve, claiming it would only start at 8:00 AM and anything earlier would be chargeable. This was one of the worst hotel stays we've ever experienced. Poor hygiene, untrained staff, lack of basic facilities, and zero accountability. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.

Good value for money Madikeri heritage is located at very centre of town very near to Madikeri fort and Rajah s seat.Restaurant is serving good and delicious food. Rooms are neat and clean. Only negative of the property is that the staff lacks professionalism.

For the 3rd bed in the room, they just provided a mattress to sleep on the floor. Should have provided a cot.

The room was clean and location is near main road opposite bata. The staff was well behaved and responded whenever any issues. the only shortcoming would be that their wifi sometime fluctuates and you cannot access it .

it was very good stay overall. I liked the location it is closed to medikeri bus stand and near auto stand. Hotel is clean and staff is supportive.

Very good hotel. Breakfast, maintenance, room services are very good. I recommend this hotel to stay as best one in madikeri.

Kind and welcoming. Complementary breakfast taste was also good. Rooms were well clean and comfortable restrooms with hot water any time. The best part is hotel location in the heart of city.

Found it difficult to locate the Hotel.Booked two rooms together..but allotted one in ground floor and other in third ...😇.TV wasn't working..no service offered when complained... parking area was too congested.. Overall not satisfied with the experience

The hotel was comfortable although not exactly as seen in the pictures. The let down was that there was no third bed provided when it was clearly mentioned that there would be 3 adults sleeping, only a mattress was provided for the third occupant. Food was good. Car parking space was also adequate.

Makemytrip is incorrectly showing as 3 star hotel, hotel is not at all even 1 star, it does not have adequate parking facility, had to wait for an hour for ac not functioning, rooms locks, doors are all legacy kind, ac is at one place and it does not have centralized ac. Very very disappointed with makemytrip and moreover i was charged exorbitant pricing.

The hotel is located only 350m from ksrtc bus stand. The hotel has excellent services like early check-in even at 4am and a good restaurant. Overall a pretty good place to stay with family as well.
