Neat and clean atmosphere..Parking should have been better. The not good factor is the behavior of the restaurant staff..they need a training in hospitality

Family rooms were good but every single staffs working there that i had to deal with were absent minded. If you order something, either you get few items missing or it's replaced with something entirely different. Be sure you check every single thing you ordered before checking out because these absent minded people will add items you never ordered into your bill and make sure they eat the last living braincell before you check out.

Location is good. Just a normal closed room. No buffet breakfast. If we select with breakfast option, they will pay for whatever we order. Well maintained. They have outsourced their restuarant to mra.

Previous stays are very good, the room is adequate. But the latest stay is not good when compared to the per-day rate, it falls short. They have not received our booking confirmation from mytrip. The city view is mentioned, but it only extends to the car parking/entrance side.
