Fake name or no such hotel

I Booked hotel online via MMT and paid for booking. This booking was confirmed when I reached at location given on MMT. No such hotel exist on given location and given phone no fake , no one pick the phone given on MMT. I had to stay another hotel that day. Refund of payment is still pending at their end.
