most horrible stay till now..... i would never recomend this ever in my life....no wifi, no complimentary water bottles....food was good.... but no basic amenities.

I want to acknowledge the challenges of running a hotel in the hills. Connectivity can be difficult here, and our Wi-Fi can sometimes be affected by weather conditions. We're always working to improve our infrastructure, but I know that doesn't change your experience. Regarding amenities and pricing, we aim to be a budget-friendly option. In hilly locations, many services, including basic amenities, are often charged for separately to keep base rates accessible. We try to be transparent about what's included and what's extra. However, it's clear we need to do a much better job communicating this upfront to avoid disappointment. We regret if our practices caused you stress or made you feel overcharged.

Very far away from centre place.

Rooms were not prepared for check in. No towels were available till night. No toiletries were provided even after two days of stay. Drinking water was not provided at the time of check-in. Room service was very poor. Cleanliness was just zero. Full of Garbage in and around the campus.

The food was good, but room preparation was below average. The mirrors were not clean, and one washroom had a leak. The area around the main building was littered with plastic water bottles and glass beer bottles.

Good Stay at Dhanault

The location is very good with a good view. Staff behaviour is awesome. Food quality is also much better than others. We ordered Coffee that was good, Dnt even try Tea(not good). The property is on the main road of way to Dhanaulti, easy to find and good for stay. They have dooms also for good experience
