Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre

I recently stayed at this Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre and, overall, had a great experience. The stay was comfortable, the food was excellent, and the ambience truly reflected a five-star property. However, my experience was significantly marred at the time of checkout. When I asked for my car keys from the valet, I was shocked to find visible cut marks all over them. For a five-star property, this level of carelessness is not just unexpected—it’s unacceptable. I expect my belongings, especially something as basic as car keys, to be handled with care and respect. This incident left a sour taste after what could have been a perfect stay. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and ensures better accountability and professionalism from the valet staff going forward.

The property was sprawling and excellent. It was brilliantly maintained even during the offseason in July when we visited. The restaurants are pretty good, especially their Mughalai restaurant. The only scope for improvement I see is that the activities in the fun mall are chargeable and the complementary breakfast buffet could have had more options. I recently stayed at Hotel Jaypee Agra and had a pleasantexperience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly. The room was clean,spacious and well-maintained with comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and a nice view. Housekeeping did a great job in maintaining cleanliness throughout the stay. Food is also good as we had dinnner and breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the pool too. it was the birthday of my husband they made the day extra special by decorating the room and providing cake for the occasion. Overall, I would rate my stay 5 out of 5 stars.

The Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre has a warm, welcoming vibe and is very family-friendly. The staff were kind, patient, and always helpful. Meals were delicious with plenty of options for both kids and adults. The rooms were comfortable and clean—perfect for relaxing after a fun day. We opted for meals in our package, which was worth it. Highly recommended for families! The only downside was some ongoing renovation, which caused a paint smell in certain areas.

Very salty water was coming out in the wash basin. The stay there was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it a lot. I would definitely not recommend anyone to eat at the restaurant there because the food there was absolutely disgusting.The food there was presented in a very fancy way , But the taste of the food was absolutely bad.

Very good location. The food was yummmm but choice of menu was not good. Very impressed with the service. specially one staff from the grand buffet- Mr Sumit. He has acknowledged every need and my 2 year daughter really enjoyed the food. kid friendly food option and hospitality was amazing. overall a very good stay..

Jaypee Palace Agra never ceases to amaze me. Everything was perfect. Food, leisure activities, room everything.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (Jaypee Palace) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!
