it is a very decent stay, rooms were clean, location was in the heart of the shilliong city makes it easy for food, shopping, and starting your trips and back to the base. it almost 3 star for me.

location is little compromised. it's in narrow lanes. Though the property is very clean n upkeep is good. Food has limited options but taste is perfect and satisfies the palet. Overall a good satisfactory stay

Variety in breakfast should be improved being a 4 star hotel. We went for breakfast around 8:30 and food was almost finished.

Property and location is not so good, food is not upto the mark & Breakfast is horrible. Compare to other hotels of same category the facilities are very poori I don't recommend this hotel

coupleHotel location is 1. 5km to main market. Room is good, but overall experience is equivalent to 2-star hotel. No laundry services present, breakfast options are very limited. Hotel is extremely short of manpower. Room service was quick though. Overall average! prefer better alternative.

Hotel is very clean n the staff are very polite. Location is near market area but little away from centre. Last order for dinner is 7pm. Breakfast can be little improved. Parking available. Overall stay was very nice.

businessI had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room wa spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and i had a restful night sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor and the thoughtful touches like complimentary bottles water and a section of teas. The bathroom was also clean and well maintained, with good supply of toiletries. Overall, i was very impressed with the room and would definitely recommend it to other guests.

The view from the room was just too good and the staff takes care if u with genuine smile (which is rare these days.
