We recently stayed at the villa in Igatpuri and had a mixed experience. Our check-in time was mentioned as 1:30 PM, but we received a call from the caretaker before arrival asking us to come by 2:00 PM due to a delay. We agreed, but even upon reaching at 2:00 PM, the villa was still not ready. When we inquired, the caretaker was quite rude and uncooperative, even suggesting that we wait longer or leave. Some of the amenities mentioned in the description were not available. For example, the sound theatre was non-functional and we were told it wouldn’t be available until the next day. The Wi-Fi also wasn’t operational during our stay, and the cleanliness around the villa, especially outside areas, could have been much better. On a positive note, the common swimming pool was well maintained and we had a great time there. Overall, while the location and pool experience were good, the hospitality and upkeep of the villa left room for improvement.

I am sorry for your experience, but this is a totally different story to what I remember. You broke my speaker and I sent someone to get you a new speaker.

Villa was nice and easy access to hotel and main road with very good swimming pool and indoor games.

Good property and the right pricing. This is very much pet friendly and with good cleanliness. Good weekend chilling out place to distress. All types of food can be ordered from manas resort which is delivered in an hours time. Food is both delicious and hygienic.
