Maintenance was lacking, and soundproofing was ineffective—especially in highway-facing rooms where traffic noise was quite disruptive. Basic toiletries were missing, with only shower gel and shampoo provided. Overall, the stay had its conveniences but fell short on comfort.

Reception staff behaviour was not warm. And other staff are not very cooperative. The stay was very comfortable and the food was very delicious. Need some game zone, gym anything to entertain. Delay in any service.
