Hotel Taj Stay

There was a very weird smell in the room, it was so dirty

The air condition was not functioning, the ceiling fan was making noise. No geeser in the bathroom, the room was smelling because of water seepage. Water and towels were not given. No help during luggage transfer into the room. I have also checked and verified all other rooms, having the same condition.

The hotel outdoor view is very good and food is very good and they maintain the cleaness of the hotel rooms.

Very bad experience. No hot water and no neatness. Completely waste of money. I suggest not to choose if you are going with family.

Service is late, washroom is not maintained

The stay was good, location is good, it is a budget hotel so keep the expectations as per price, don't expect facilities, you will get just good decent room

The people were well spoken, but the amenities requires improvement, especially the washroom, as the taps were loose and the door missed handle. Else bed was big enough to accommodate 3 people, and since it was cold extra blanket was provided. I would also like to suggest, arrangements should be made for accommodating drivers.

Nice room but night lamp was not working. Geyser is also not available. Staff behaviour was good. And service was also very good

Nice place and room is little bit small but cleaning is very good behavior of attended is very good.

As per the price it’s good and don’t expect good bed, hospitality, clean washroom. You are just paying for the location as it’s near to taj mahal.

The stay was comfortable. The room is small but clean. The location is unbeatable and cannot be better. All is all it is money's worth

No facility no housekeeping room are old very old what to do bad choice not recommend any one yes bad choice

Review location: excellent, walking distance from taj yet very quiet locality. Rooms: a bit smaller but cleanliness was satisfactory bathroom: some were good others not so good food: in house restaurant food was tasty and comparable price to nearby eateries

Hotel rooms are unhygienic with lots of mosquito therefore i cant sleep at all and check out early by 1 night stay only, but i had stay of 2 night over there. I asked in reception for some good night liquid but they are arguing that there is no mosquito, after lots of request they bring me mortine coil and that was not sufficient for a good sleep because its totally uneffective on mosquito. The blanckets and bed sheet was too ditry having faul smell on them. I have asked milk for my baby in kettle but thay served only 100 ml on it which was very less in quantity as per the charge they have taken. Overall its too much horrible experience at hotel taj stay i suffered a lot.

The place was fine. The hotel was in a good location. The staff was pleasant. The rooms were neat and clean.

Very nice hotel and location is good. 1. 5 km from taj mahal, agra. I love to come here next time again.

It was a good journey, hotel was good, check out time to be extended for travellers. Water facility was not provided by the hotel

The hotel room was very unhygienic, bedsheets were full of stains, even quilt were smelly and torn-ed and you can’t even touch them they were so dirty. Service was poor. Hotel management people were not cordial and showing rude behaviour.
