Sir, i'm extremely disappointed with the hotel facilities. There were no tea or coffee options available. The bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, the tv system was poor, and the bed comfort was subpar. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

Property was difficult to find as they don’t have any board/signage. It’s simply like a residential house which has got rooms. The overall hygiene of room was below average. Bedsheets, pillow covers and quilts were stained. Had to remind them again and again to change the bedsheet. Ac did not have any remote to control the temperature and ceiling fan was not working. It was a shady hotel in residential colony of gurgaon. Condoms were lying in the drawers. Not a type of hotel where you can stay with your family. I had to leave for marathon at 0430 hrs in the morning but the area where this hotel is situated had all the entry and exit gates closed. The security guards at these gates were not opening any gate. I spoke to hotel receptionist about the same but he also declined to talk to them. Total unprofessional behaviour. I got late for the scheduled event since no transport can get inside the premises and i had to literally run around the entire colony of about six kilometres to make my way out and reach the venue. I would not recommend anyone this hotel.

Food quality was bad, washroom was not clean cockroaches were roaming around, cleanliness was not upto the standards

No lift, need to carry luggage ourselves to 2nd floor. Rude management. Only 1 service boy and food was average

Dirty rooms. With lot of bugs. The staff was rude and didn’t helped us with. They were getting irritated. Furniture was broken. Smelly room. It was a horrible stay

overall good for the price. staff is friendly and not much diaturbance by them. cleanliness is average

I booked the hotel for 3 nights, the staff is very responsive, rooms are clean and location is perfect as it is very close to metro

Its not worth the price, dampness on the walls in room, complemantry water bottle unsealed, lousy place to stay

Not felt good. Nothing is as per picture which is shown. Bed materials are very old one and walls covered with fungus

Everything is good service is also good but only one issue i face is light is very fluctuating at night

Only good “not bad” about this place was the staff who helped whenever needed. Everything else was a disaster. Would definitely not recommend!

Door’s look are not working, walls are lot of dirt and not clean at all, bed sheets are not clean. So the owner should repair its property again.

A convenient and affordable place with clean and hygienic rooms located in a prime location. Staff are friendly and helpful and food quality is also good

Room in bad condition. It was full of smoke smell. Infect and lizard are roaming around in the room. Morning break fast was not good at all.

Comfortable stay. Everything in order. Well maintained rooms with all basic amenities. Tv was working and ac was very effective. Enough food options were there

Overall experience was good. Staffs were good. But the provided room was stinky. Ac started leaking in morning. The exhaust fan was creating noise.
