Hotel manager demanding extra money as booking amount will receive after 20 days time and after so many request and discussion he agreed to allowtted me room. This is not properly tie-up hotel and i guess every booking person was also facing this issue.

businessI booked my stay for two days however when i reached at hotel, the owner said that i have to pay extra amount if i need to stay there i denied to pay extra and vacated the hotel next morning stating the fare which i have already paid is for two days, he can adjust the same in rent paid by me.

I booked the hotel for two days, I booked my hotel room with free breakfast. But the worker and the owner argued that the breakfast is not free, when I opened my booking details then they agreed to give free breakfast. Also, dishes are available in the kitchen and the customer have to wash the dishes by themselves(I never saw this thing in any other hotels.The most pathetic problem I and my family is that, there was no Electricity on 14th April, 2022 from evening to the next morning. I and my family was not able to charge our mobile phones, pack our luggage's, eat our food, there was no light in the bathroom also. We faced lots of problems. The houses, hotels surrounding the Oyo flagship 11419 Surya Residency, all of them had inverter/generator. The owner is also very rude, the cab driver of the hotel is also very very rude.

Cheap and bad behavior of the staff

Very disappointing when I checked in at this hotel. We booked a room for 3 persons, obviously they should provide facility and a mattress accordingly if bed size is small. But staff presented there at time of check in, took extra charge for it. No hotel charge this, if they do then it should be clearly mentioned. This is very bad. We can't do reject the booking of room as it is non refundable. Very bad experience this time.

Bathroom is so small that you bang your head to wall while taking bath. Hotel staff Pankaj and Kumar were very nice and generous. Didn't provide me breakfast though it was part of my package.
