Hotel O Shyam Vatika Banquet And Rooms

I was informed that they don't take booking and i paid them at the hotel for the stay. Request you refunded the booking amount i paid to you at the earliest

Very bad experience. Should have stayed on road rather than staying there.

Worst experience ever. Not going to recommend

The hotel was ok but receptionist was pathetic. I had booked the room for my mom. Even after requesting them for only 1. 5 hour late check out as i would be late in picking her, the receptionist has knocked the door multiple times and finely made her out of the room. When she asked to sit in the lobby waiting area on sofa he said that there other guests would be sitting so made her sir in another small place with no sofa or fan. Was my mother not a guest if she had checked out? my mom has again requested for sitting in lobby guest area as it was too hot, then he allowed after few minutes. I would have punched the receptionist if my mother mother would have not discussed this after 30 minutes of drive. Further i booked the room with breakfast and upon check in the staff denied of the same as ther kitchen is not working, and mmt had no prior information of that. Pathetic and unsafe hotel with pathetic staff and service. Never go for it.
