The owner refused to turn on the AC because the rent was not sufficient for him so there was no AC nd very poor facilities disgusting stay

Pathetic hotel. They denied for the room. I will never use make my trip again

I escalated the issue with the customer support as hotel asked for extra money after knowing that i have one female guest with me, but the issue resolved and mmt refunded the amount. But i really disappointed by the behavior of hotel.

I want my refund as soon as possible
